Digital Signature of All Directors
KYC Of all directors if they don’t have DIN NO.(PAN & AADHAR )
Identity Proof like license,Voter ID and passport only one required
Address proff like Water Bill,Electricity Bill, mobile bill and telephone bill only one required
Rent agreement & NOC from landlord
some affidavits like for declaration,INC-9, DIR-2, INC-10
INC-8 is optional now
